What You Will Do:
• Lead the coordination and execution of key operational processes to support Factory Office teams in achieving performance, efficiency, and compliance goals.
• Collaborate across functions to gather, validate, and process shopping cart requirements, ensuring supplier quotations are verified and procurement is initiated via internal systems.
• Use your expertise to ensure strict adherence to internal processes, standards, and documentation protocols.
• Leverage your strong working knowledge of SAP systems, from shopping cart creation to invoice confirmation and reconciliation.
• Provide expert guidance on purchasing procedures and expenditure approval workflows, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting, including weekly and monthly updates, to monitor progress against operational and financial KPIs.
What You Will Bring:
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a proven ability to deliver results independently.
• Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills, including experience with commitment tracking, expenditure control, cash flow management and accrual accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of meeting strict deadlines through effective planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident communication abilities.
• Previous experience working within an Automotive Engineering or Manufacturing environment, with familiarity with key business systems such as SAP would be desirable.
