What You Will Do:
– Drive the performance of the organisation’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance and striving for excellence.
– Implement and manage effective APQP processes to support product and process quality across the business.
– Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
– Lead non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance.
– Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
– Monitor and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for scrap reduction and right-first-time improvements.
What You Will Bring:
– At least 3 years of experience with Quality Management Systems in an ISO9001/AS9100 certified manufacturing environment.
– Expertise in APQP, PPAP, and FAIR processes, with strong documentation management skills.
– Proficiency in auditing management systems and processes.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to drive quality improvements.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
