What You Will Do:

• Take full ownership of assigned projects, managing them from inception to completion, including financial and timeline accountability.
• Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings, setting clear deadlines and cost agreements with all relevant departments.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date project plans, ensuring alignment with current estimations.
• Motivate and manage both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive projects to successful completion.
• Provide financial forecasting, including cost-to-complete estimations and overall project performance reviews.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to project completion, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
• Negotiate contract additions for work outside the original scope and ensure timely delivery of client timelines and payment milestones.
• Conduct project closure evaluations to identify successes and lessons learned for future improvements.

What You Will Bring:

• A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with proven project management experience.
• Demonstrable skills in leading multi-faceted projects, ideally within a turnkey project business.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a solution-driven and commercially minded approach
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and teams.
• Passionate about engineering
• Ideally HNC / Degree level although experience is essential

Location:
