What you will be doing:

• Taking complete ownership of the administration of the engineering stores, managing stock levels and supplier relationships to get best value for the business.
• Supporting the engineering team in raising capital orders for new projects, annual servicing & general spares.
• Monitoring timelines and coordinating delivery and storage if required.
• Holding Engineers to account for using the stores management app correctly to facilitate stock control.
• Administrative support to ensure shift patterns & external contract resources meet requirements for changeovers.
