**What You Will Do:**

- Lead the management of all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team, including internal, supplier, customer, and warranty concerns.

- Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions for product quality issues, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to swiftly resolve quality issues, upholding safety and quality standards.

- Oversee control plans and associated documentation, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance.

- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and participate in the development of new products or changes to current products.

- Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and standards.

**What You Will Bring:**

- NVQ Level 4 Qualification in an Automotive Context is essential, with Level 5 being highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge and experience with IATF auditor and VDA auditor certification preferred.

- Proficiency in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).

- A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and IATF requirements.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data effectively and work collaboratively across functions.
