We are partnering with a fast paced, luxury vehicle modifier who are seeking an Experienced Composite Trimmer for their Composite Manufacturing Facility in Northampton 

About The Role

Working as part of a small, but growing department for a leading aftermarket automotive brand

Role Requirements

• Must have proven experience trimming carbon fibre
• Must work well as part of a small team as well as independently
• Be capable of meeting a continued high standard of work
• Essential that you display a very keen eye for detail
• Be capable of adapting to on-the-job changes to meet the demands of the business
• A Driving Licence is essential

Role Specifics

• 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
• Ongoing overtime (1.5 x rate paid after contractual monthly hours complete)
• Require trial day/days to be worked as part of the interview process (paid if successful)
• Salary dependant on experience and skills displayed during trial day/days
• Immediate start available subject to a successful interview & practical Trial Day/days
