Regional Sales Manager in the Cutting-Edge Machinery Sector**

**What You Will Do:**
- Develop and expand sales of capital machinery within North England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, ensuring the achievement of sales budgets and gross margin contributions.
- Strategically manage your own territory through new business development, customer meetings, and effective use of CRM to drive sales and forecasts.
- Promote the company's comprehensive range of machinery solutions, including sawing, milling, welding, cleaning, and automated systems, to both new and existing customers.
- Represent the company professionally across all levels of customer interaction, enhancing the company's image and brand.
- Collaborate with various departments to tailor the best offers for customers, contributing to the company's business plans and sales growth targets.
- Support the sales of service contracts and spare parts, enhancing the overall customer experience.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A minimum of 5 years of technical consultancy and sales experience in capital machinery, with a strong preference for those with experience in the uPVC industry.
- A technical or engineering background, supported by either a time-served engineering apprenticeship or a degree-level qualification.
- Proven expertise in value selling, with the ability to articulate the features and benefits of complex machinery solutions.
- An in-depth understanding of the uPVC industry, sustainability, and environmental impacts, with a keen interest in developing further technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints efficiently and maintain strong relationships with profile manufacturers and specialists.
