What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate closely with the Production Engineer to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the Plastics Factory Operations.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all current processes to pinpoint automation opportunities, leveraging new technology.
  • Generate and maintain an Engineering Database, including Bill of Materials, Layouts, and Routings.
  • Support Factory and Warehouse Operations in upholding 5S standards, including completing monthly audits and coordinating improvements.
  • Participate actively in Lean initiatives, running internal workshops to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures, One Point Lessons, and Work Instructions, focusing on NPI & Scrap Reduction.
