What You Will Do

• Develop moulding processes using Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Ensure maintenance of quality and output through precise process adjustments.
• Work with blow moulded packaging products, applying your expertise to improve production.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
• Contribute to the development of new products and processes, from concept to implementation.

What You Will Bring

• A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in moulding processes.
• Experience with blow moulded packaging products is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in using DOE for process development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in team environments.
