What You Will Do:
- Perform accurate settings of presses to ensure optimum speeds, safety of operatives, and integrity of tooling.
- Operate presses in accordance with company processes, maintaining required output levels.
- Utilise lifting equipment for the safe movement of equipment, tools, and materials.
- Inspect components using appropriate equipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5s housekeeping standards.
- Participate in training and development opportunities as directed by your supervisor.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a Power Press Setter, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow stringent processes and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the UK as required.
