Pipe/Vessel Fabricator - West Midlands
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self‐motivated individual who would like to join a progressing company. This role is based within an established Production department; therefore, a strong team player attitude is essential
Summary of Job:
- To undertake fabricating duties, as required, in accordance with the company’s quality standards and best engineering working practices
- To undertake activities in a timely and efficient manner in order to maintain company contractual delivery requirements
- To assist, where required, in peripheral activities, e.g., assembly, packing, etc.
- To undertake activities with the management, H&S and environmental systems
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Must be competent with the fabricating of pressure pipe work or vessels
- Must be competent with fabrication equipment such as oxyacetylene cutting, plasma cutting and other fabrication tools
- Competent (none coded) T.I.G welder for tack up and simple welding tasks
- Experience of working from engineering drawings
