This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to work within a supportive senior management team, driving service excellence across the UK and ROI.

Salary £60,000 to £70,000 plus Car allowance.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead a team of multi-disciplined field service engineers, ensuring the highest levels of installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage training and development for the service team, aligning capabilities with the company's growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, improving response times and overall service quality.
  • Create and present detailed reports to senior management, providing insights into service operations and performance.
  • Oversee the management of spare parts and sales opportunities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer support.

What You Will Bring:

  • Over 5 years of technical service management experience in a high-value machinery or related industry.
  • Proven ability to manage remote technical resources and cultivate a high-performance team culture.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and service delivery optimization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • An engineering or scientific background, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UPVC/fenestration industry.
