What You Will Do:

• Coordinate key elements of the plan among various stakeholders within the business and digital teams.
• Organise workshops and discussions on Discovery input considerations, ensuring smooth programme governance.
• Support the stakeholder engagement plans and the Communications Plan, contributing to Business Change Impact Assessments.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Establish positive working relationships across multiple functions both internally and externally.
• Undertake any other work as directed by the line manager in connection with the job as may be requested.

What You Will Bring:

• A working understanding of major system change programmes including SAP transformation experience.
• Experience co-ordinating inputs from various stakeholder groups at different levels.
• Strong IT skills including proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools e.g. RAID, trackers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
• Capability to work to process deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
