We are working on behalf of a globally recognised motorcycle brand to recruit a Marketing Manager focused on their continued product positioning development and success. The role comes with an excellent salary and benefits and is based Milton Keynes on a hybrid working basis.

The Marketing Manager will drive the execution of online, offline, experiential, PR and direct marketing interventions for achieving targeted increase in brand reach, business funnel conversions and establishing the brand in the region - whether UK or EMEA. You will also continuously measure and analyse the impact of one's own efforts so as to continuously improve the marketing efficiencies and effectiveness. The Marketing Manager will play a significant role in creating and evolving new marketing plans beyond traditional automotive methodologies.

Working with the UK Country Manager and group marketing teams, key responsibilities include:

  • Launch the targeted marketing programs on time and ensure smooth delivery in order to expand the reach, increase funnel size, increase conversion and maximize the return on marketing Investments.
  • Manage and report the metrics for business and consumer metrics targeted against each planned activation on an on-going basis in line with the organizational framework of impact measurement and reporting.
  • Create the briefs for various marketing initiatives/ campaigns and work with different teams internally and externally (agencies) to develop impactful content.
  • Work with dealers to plan dealer-led and PR events / press launches as well as ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Understanding customer voices, triggers/ barriers to purchase and evolving communication strategies to leverage opportunities and overcome the barriers.
  • Design unique marketing programs beyond traditional motorcycle/automotive methodologies for the region/country, based on the understanding of customer voices.
  • Provide inputs to the Business team for defining the size of the opportunity based on analysis of target customer data, CRM data, and maximizing the conversion across the funnel through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Establish a process for tracking and monitoring campaign milestones in order to provide pre and post campaign reporting analysis and recommendations.
  • Lead the annual marketing plan for your region by sharing relevant market analytics and inputs.
  • Support new product launches and new business initiatives, wherever required, by executing campaigns and marketing events.
  • Work closely with the European Marketing Manager and Coordinator developing, activating and maintaining pan-European initiatives, systems, procedures and processes.


This is an exciting new role and therefore requires a strong, engaging character and personality to work across our Clients UK and global position.

Candidates are expected to have more than 5 years of relating sector and product exposure, implementing market/customer segmentation strategy and communication/micromarketing/direct marketing programs for a brand in an organization which is largely built through word-of-mouth advocacy and influencer engagement. Candidates should ideally be from an automotive product/sector focused activity.
