We are working on behalf of a globally recognised motorcycle manufacturing brand to search for a new and primarily European focused HR Business Partner to support their European people activities. The role comes with an excellent salary and benefits, supporting a hybrid working activity and travelling across their sites in Europe as required. This role will be ideally based near the Tiel region in the Netherlands.

Working within a global HR Team and reporting to the HRD in India, the HR Business Partner will lead, design, and implement people strategies in line with the organisation and functional objectives for the EMEA team to enable the achievement of business strategies. You will act as the lead for all people interventions for the region, including end-to-end life cycle management.

In your first few weeks in this HR role, you can expect to:

  • Design and develop innovative practices and ensure implementation of people life cycle management
  • Work with the leadership team to drive a culture that fully aligns with our values
  • Oversee and implement the L&D plan to ensure training and workshops are attended
  • Implement and roll out HR processes and policies for the region
  • Oversee the monthly payroll process, liaison with Finance and the external payroll partner and ensure timely disbursement of salaries
  • Ensure all compliances are managed in a timely manner and updated/captured in the relevant system
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings and investigations.

To apply for this HR Business Partner role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Degree qualified or similar
  • Extensive years of overall experience in a similar HR management of HRBP role
  • Proven experience working directly with the leadership team
  • An understanding of European HR law
  • Experience with HR processes and policies for the region and compliance to all policies and procedures.
  • English language together with a European language would be advantageous
