Electrical Instrumentation Engineer - EC&I - Small Vehicles - Leicester Area

Jonathan Lee Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Instrumentation Engineer to join our client's team. This full-time role is based in the Leicester area and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

As an (EC&I) Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and instrumenting test vehicles that require data logging.

In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to:

• Work with Design and Test Engineers to plan and implement tests
• Design and manufacture any fixtures and bracketry for sensor mountings
• Remotely provide data logging support during testing
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair data logging systems.

To apply for this (EC&I) Electrical Instrumentation Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

• Basic knowledge and application of LVDT & RVDT sensors
• Knowledge of DC and ICP accelerometers
• Oil/Fuel/Brake pressure sensor expertise
• Knowledge of K-type thermocouples
• Basic knowledge of small vehicles and their systems.
