The Role
The role is to ensure that we have relevant, compelling and differentiated content for our extensive target customer campaigns and market comms. This role will also  identify relevant business actions which can be used as an opportunity to generate additional stakeholder value. All content must work in conjunction with the agreed online / offline PR and advertising plans, ensuring news and case study activities are maximised.

Content Experience

  • Lead the creation of customer focused content to support the delivery of the communication campaign plan.
  • Ensure that Customer target personas are utilised to ensure that the content is relevant and engaging to that audience
  • Lead the PR Account
  • Be the day to day contact of all publications
  • Ensure the advertising plan is executed and content is aligned with any campaigns
  • Ensure the PR agency is supporting our plans effectively with editorial content where appropriate.
  • Working across the whole organisation to develop user generated content including testimonials, project stories and case studies that can be delivered and promoted throughout the year

Online Communities Experience

  • Utilisation of the social media platforms to support campaigns, implementing new ideas to maximise following and engagement. 
  • Follow latest trends and updates to social media platforms to implement and make best use of available tools
  • Work with the content and campaign team to ensure that campaigns are supported with content and assets
  • Work closely with the social community to make use of user generated content
  • Where relevant and in support of campaigns, update Amplify with new and relevant material for the sales teams to communicate
  • Manage and deliver the campaign based social media plan, also ensuring sales teams understand and deliver content correctly

Other Duties

  • Working in conjunction with the campaign manager, review campaign performance understand success and improvements to be made
  • Work with the wider content and campaign team to ensure News and Releases and Case studies are populated to the website
  • Co-ordinate requirements for all of the above with design, provide briefs including size, theme, supporting copy

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Hours: Mon - Thursday 9 -5 Friday 8:30 - 2:00pm
Length of contract: Permanent
