Do you have senior sales executive experience, and are you looking for a new opportunity in Bristol? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a full-time Sales Manager, and the role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Sales Manager, you will help develop sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share, ensuring profitable client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of the company's offering.

In your first few weeks in this Sales Manager role, you can expect to:

 

• Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to team members

• Develop strong relationships at Key Accounts and meet or exceed the annual sales targets

• Learn any unknown outstanding specialism areas within a set timeframe

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research

• Collaborate with all departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects

• Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion

• Attend and carry out site surveys

• Ensure IES CRM systems are kept up to date and used correctly by the team

• Contribute to design and maintenance of sales strategy.

• Provide measurable reports on sales pipeline and progress.

• Achieve sales growth in line with targets as communicated by Sales Director from time to time through lead generation and follow up of sales leads and enquiries.

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years preferred Technical Sales/Semiconductor industry

 

To apply for this role, you will need at least five years of sales experience, along with experience in a manufacturing, engineering or warehousing environment. You will also require the following:

 

• Exceptional organisational skills with very high attention to detail & strict confidentiality

• High standard of written & verbal communication, with a confident & professional phone manner

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Passion for achieving sales.

• Technically minded.

• Working and demonstratable understanding of industry/ customer standards and industry best practice.

• Ability to use computers competently, including Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook with Dynamics being desirable

 

Salary: upto £50k + commission/ bonus OTE £70,000

Hours: MOn - Friday 9-5
