As a Senior or Principal Engineer, you will work alongside dynamic and multi-disciplinary teams among technical experts, acting as technical lead for procuring new solutions. You will be working across various projects, including plant and equipment repair and refurbishment, process improvement and new equipment, across a broad range of industrial plants and machinery.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Work with rotating machines and associated drives ranging from a few kilowatts to 17MW
• Work with hydraulic systems, including hydraulic power units, circuits, and actuators
• Work with pneumatic systems, including air compressors (ranging from 7 bar to 250 bar)
• Oversee cooling systems, including water pumps, heat exchangers, evaporative cooling towers and chillers
• Work with instrumentation, data acquisition, and signal conditioning.

To apply for this Senior or Principal Engineer role, you will need a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant industrial experience. You will also require the following:

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering procedures, including application of change management and approval, version control and testing processes
• Knowledge of subcontract management, including requirements specification, technical monitoring, acceptance testing and commissioning
• Demonstrable experience in complying with relevant legislation and standards.

You must also meet the requirements for UK Security Clearance including the last 5 years residency in the UK
