As a Business Data Analyst, you will run maintain and upgrade the Infor based ERP system across the business. You will also maintain the software systems used in the business.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- SQL Server / SSRS, crystal reports
- Analyse and solve and seek solutions to problems in an efficient manor while keeping to the processes and procedures of the department
- Take on projects that will involve balancing day-to-day support with project objectives
- Support the day to day running of reporting systems and Business Intelligence.
To apply for this role, you will need to be familiar with visualised environments and their operation and maintenance. You will also require extensive knowledge of the Microsoft office family of software and their backend server technology. In addition, you should be able to analyse and solve and seek solutions to problems in an efficient manor, while keeping to the processes and procedures of the department.
