As a Tendering Coordinator, you will coordinate the administration process around customer enquiries, ensuring priorities are communicated and adhered to, and also maintaining database to ensure data integrity and relevance. You will be logging all new enquiries received into the company onto a tailored CRM database.

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

• Being the main internal contact point for the Sales Manager
• Managing the enquiries email account for the company, ensuring all emails and enquiries are responded to promptly
• Establishing a sensible triage process based on criteria including, but not restricted to, customer, product offer, success rate, and lead time required
• Working with the Senior Tender Engineer & the Sales Manager

To succeed in this customer-facing role, you will need excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take on a new challenge, someone who can take the lead and push the role forward.

If you are assertive and quick to learn with experience in any of the following - Sales Support, Sales Order Processing, Customer Service, technical Support, Quotations or Bid Management then this role will be of interest.
