As an Assembly Technician, you will assemble and manufacture parts and assemblies to the point where they are complete machines and ready for test. You will also undertake control panel assembly, wiring, and mechanical assembly/fitting.

• Control panel assembly and wiring
• Mechanical fitting and assembly of parts, sub-assemblies and finished machine
• Finishing and packaging of finished machines
• Wiring of chamber and testing of chamber using instructions provided
• Self-inspection of finished items using established methodology.

To apply for this Assembly Technician role, you will need competence in undertaking general electro-mechanical assembly or finishing operations. You will also require the following:

• Competence in wiring control panel installations in accordance with best practice standards
• Competency in pneumatic installations and mechanical fitting skills
• A Fork truck Licence would be an advantage.
