As a Programme Manager, you will manage bid activities to prepare responses for the company's executive approval and customer submission, as well as managing any allocated programmes to schedule and cost.

In your first few weeks in this Programme Manager role, you can expect to:

• Ensure the timely creation, maintenance and adherence of Bid and Programme plans and schedules
• Ensure visibility of current and future resource requirements
• Generate bid response documentation
• Analyse programme performance and implement improvements

To apply for this Programme Manager role, you will need excellent interpersonal and people management skills. You will also require the following:

• Proven experience managing Bids in the aerospace or defence sectors. 
• Experience in a multi-disciplined programme environment, including programme planning techniques and risk management.
• Experience in managing bid responses of all sizes..
• Willingness and ability to travel and conduct programmes overseas.
• Be eligible for Security Clearance (UK resident for last 5 years, ITAR restrictions also apply).
