We have a number of exclusive roles for Production Operatives to work for a large company based in Coventry; you’ll be making helmets for the military on a 3 shift pattern (Mon-Fri).  We are looking for the following for the Production Operative roles:

• Experience in a manufacturing, production or assembly environment (any industry) utilising skills such as sanding, polishing, gluing and bonding
• Able to work a week shift pattern (early, late and night)
• Have a high standard in quality
• To demonstrate 5 years of consecutive living in the UK to pass security clearance

The Production Operative positions are on an initial 6 month contract with likely renewals and potentially permanent work for some candidates; on offer is below:

• £14 per hour
• 6 month initial contract duration
• Accrued holiday pay on top
• Overtime (premiums agreed for the weekend)
• Shift being 0600-1400, 1400-2200 and 2200-0600 (1 week rotation)
