Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions are the preferred supplier to Mazak and are seeking a Modular Assembly Operator.
Job Description.
- Mechanical fitting and preparation work on a variety of tasks including bench work kit assembly, cladding builds and Module Assembly.
- Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety Guidelines.
- Actively engage with all company Quality Control Initiatives.
Person Specification.
Essential Criteria.
- Previous Mechanical, fitting and Assembly experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with hand tools and basic measuring equipment.
- Be able to read and work to drawings.
- Strong communication skills working closely with Team Leaders and Supervisors.
- Team player who can work to build programme and deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure but maintain very high standards of work.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to build relationships within the team.

What You Will Do:

A growing food manufacturer are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, supporting preventive maintenance, and working with modern automation in the food manufacturing industry. What You Will Do:
- Perform planned preventive maintenance and complete all relevant paperwork to the required standards as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Tackle corrective maintenance quickly and safely to minimise production downtime, including electrical breakdowns and fault finding on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting practical solutions that boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Help deliver meaningful handovers, including notes and reports, so the next shift engineer is fully informed and supported.
- Assist with risk assessments and maintain strict adherence to health and safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
- Work with and coordinate contractor activity on site, ensuring inductions, permits to work, and site rules are followed.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven engineering or maintenance experience, ideally within a fast paced manufacturing or processing environment as a Maintenance Engineer.
- Strong fault-finding ability for electrical breakdowns, plus knowledge of pneumatic systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
- Relevant qualifications such as ONC and/or City and Guilds in electrical and/or mechanical engineering, alongside NVQ Level 3 in the relevant discipline and an 18th Edition certificate or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, preferably Siemens, and experience with modern automation systems; frequency inverter setup experience is beneficial.
- Confident communication skills, computer literacy for maintenance systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and a proactive, can-do approach.

Our client is a recognised and successful family business who provide top-quality construction tools, site supplies and consumables across the UK. In support of their continued activity, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director/ senior Financial leader to provide financial and commercial leadership stability, increasing profits in line with their ongoing growth.
Reporting to and working closely alongside the Managing Director and senior leadership team, this position is critical in supporting and maintaining strong financial control and reporting, as well as contributing to the business’s future expansion, including modernisation and acquisition.
Working from their offices in Worcester, the Finance Director will:
• Review and analyse the performance of the business and provide this analysis to the MD and senior leadership team on a timely basis including quarterly updates
• Ensure all reporting including annual financial statements and tax reporting are completed within deadlines including the delivery of monthly management accounts
• Ensure financial records are complete and compliant
• Act as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders on finance matters including supporting the business’s strategic decisions (investment etc...)
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function and department, including:
o Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers
o Manage and improve debt collection / accounts receivable processes
o People and process management
• Maintain oversight of cash flow and working capital
