What You Will Do:

- Act as a subject matter expert in specific HR functions, such as payroll or private healthcare, and provide operational and strategic recommendations.

- Partner with line managers to enhance people capabilities and ensure they are equipped to lead their teams effectively.

- Analyse key HR metrics, including absence, succession, talent, and engagement, and create actionable improvement plans.

- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to meet both short- and long-term business needs.

- Contribute to organisational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and a seamless transition for employees.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role at an Officer, Advisor, or Consultant level.

- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.

- A customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards identifying priorities and improving processes.

- Experience leading or contributing to HR projects, with a solid understanding of project management principles.

- Degree qualification or equivalent experience, with CIPD qualification being a bonus.
