What You Will Do:
- Lead the Durability and Reliability (D&R) Performance Attribute Team (PAT) to ensure customer expectations for vehicle robustness are met or exceeded.
- Set and manage attribute targets, leveraging both virtual and physical test methods to validate and sign off on designs.
- Develop and execute detailed Design Verification (DV) plans, ensuring timely delivery of results and accumulating evidence for vehicle programme sign-off.
- Collaborate with system and component teams to define and maintain cascaded target requirements, ensuring alignment with overall vehicle goals.
- Monitor and report on the status of all test activities, raising technical issue reports and driving their resolution.
- Capture lessons learnt from current vehicle programmes and feed them back to improve future designs.

What You Will Do:

- Carry out visual weld inspections, ultrasonic testing of spot welds, and radiographic analysis of components.
