What You Will Do
- Utilise your recruitment expertise adding value to clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Showcase and present your recruitment specialism to new and current clients.
- Take a consultative approach with client's recruitment requirements on both contingency and retained hires.
- Manage successful functional recruitment campaigns by effectively using front end recruitment platforms, Bullhorn CRM and cutting-edge technology.
- Craft captivating vacancy advertisements for job boards and social media platforms
- Maintain up-to-date candidate and client records on a CRM database, ensuring all information is accurate and in line with current legislations.
- Undergo high levels of thorough interviews with candidates, either over the phone, face-to-face or virtually.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking, or industry-related events to stay abreast of market trends.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, showcasing your competitive drive and determination whilst upholding strong company values.
What You Will Bring:
