Paul specialises in the recruitment of procurement and supply chain professionals at all levels within the aerospace industry. From tactical purchasing to more strategic director level appointments, Paul is highly experienced in sourcing the best candidates for permanent and contract positions.

With over 35 years’ procurement and supply chain management experience at all levels in engineering and manufacturing industry sectors, he has spent the last 12 years working for OEM, tier 1, 2 and 3 companies in the aerospace and defence markets.  This experience affords Paul a unique understanding and consultative approach to the needs of both  clients and candidates.
