Mark has worked in the recruitment industry since 1998 in a variety of client relationship management roles. He started his recruitment career working for an independent agency in the West Midlands providing blue collar temporary staff into industrial/warehousing clients.
From there he moved to Adecco where he spent 12 years in account management roles ranging from on-site management through to regional and international corporate client management overseeing a portfolio of manufacturing clients with an annual sales line of 50 million Euros.
At the end of his Adecco tenure Mark spent 12 months as a Finance Business Partner understanding the metrics within the business more thoroughly and then moved to fulfil a role as a National Account Manager for Blue Arrow overseeing Public Sector.
Mark joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in February 2017 as he was keen to be in a role where he felt he could utilise his skills and experience shaping the future and where he could contribute within a business that mirrors his personal values. He engages with our strategic client base to ensure we can add value to their business, over and above the traditional transactional process, by listening to and understanding their needs, working in partnership to develop solutions.
