Lorraine leads the HR team at Jonathan Lee, providing a strategic and operational service to the group, bringing innovative and measurable business improvements that ensure we both attract, reward and retain highly motivated employees.
After a 26-year career in HR within the automotive manufacturing sector, Lorraine joined Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 2005. A highly knowledgeable, UK and European HR generalist, she is also qualified and licensed to practice occupational profiling and testing, having originally joined Jonathan Lee Talent Management as a specialised HR Consultant.
Her first 5 years in the business saw her delivering a full range of talent management services from assessment, onboarding, development, business coaching right through to personal outplacement, working in partnership with our manufacturing customers in the UK, mainland Europe and the USA. With the phenomenal success and growth of the business, we had a need to appoint a full-time, dedicated HR Manager and Lorraine was the natural choice, offering a huge breadth and depth of experience. She was asked to return to her roots and joined the senior management team reporting to the Board of Directors.
