Senior Analytics Consultant - EAM

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for one the UK's leading software consultancies supporting asset intensive industries. This post will be based at our clients head office in Sheffield and you will be providing commercial and technical leadership in delivery of analytical projects to clients, establishing and maintaining the relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Our clients Analytics & Consultancy team collects, processes and interprets customer corporate data to produce long term strategic investment plans for companies to improve management of their assets. As a Senior Analytics Consultant you will manage, coordinate, and deliver data analysis and asset investment planning projects to clients which will enable them to define their future investment strategies. Building relationships is critical to this role as you'll be engaging with client personnel across a range of functions including technical and non-technical staff, asset managers and decision makers. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of analytical projects to clients ensuring assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with the project scope. Asset Management Data Systems Consultant

We urgently require an Asset Management Data Systems Consultant for a highly prestigious luxury car manufacturer based in Oxford. This contracting role is responsible for the management and maintenance of the data regarding the assets across our clients plants within the UK. You will be in daily control of new data insertion in to the Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS)/Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems, analysis and generation of reports using data already stored and planning of measures to guarantee complete data functionality and accuracy. You will be responsible for assessing the current life-cycle status of the assets and inserting such information on the systems and supervising through Planned Preventative Maintenance planning, scheduling and monitoring. Your duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following: Coordinate the receipt and treatment of new asset data to fit system's requirements. Guarantee that assets are allocated to the correct plant, building and areas. Manage the necessary updates of information inside the system, making sure that additions, deletions and changes are conducted. This flagship project will be committed to building a cutting-edge manufacturing facility with the creation of over 75 jobs. With a total investment of £65m this development is the coming together of the UK's most innovative R&D Compressor Technology company and one of largest manufacturers in the UK to spearhead a new wave of precision manufacturing. As the Assembly & Process Engineer you will be reporting directly to the Engineering Manager to support, grow and continuously improve the manufacture of world class products. The candidate will be a critical team leader in developing new methods of assembly & manufacture for machining of internal components to drawings specifications. You will be required to working closely with the Engineering, Design, Quality and Manufacturing teams to influence the design for manufacture on existing products and NPI. Your duties and responsibilities for this critical role will include the following: Work with an assembly equipment provider to set up an assembly process for various stages of build from R&D to full production. This post will be based in Shrewsbury and you will be required to formulate and deliver on energy related initiatives, that access relevant funding and parcel together imaginative and creative energy schemes. Developing and implementing such schemes will involve working alongside key public and private sector partners, including Central Government. This position will be based on an initial 2 year fixed term contract and will manage the day to day operation of the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) element of the Local Capacity Support programme. There are a number of key duties and responsibilities required for this role to include: Develop energy project funds and develop and maintain energy generation projects. Agreeing loans, keeping processes, procedures and evidence up to date, assessing and reporting performance, ensuring accuracy of recharging and complying with data capture requirements are all vital to the position. Carry out energy project assessments and utilise wider team expertise to generate compelling business cases. Identify energy project potential within your LEP area, working with stakeholders to identify viable schemes and associated business cases for investment. Lead on the design and specification of improvements to building energy infrastructure and supervise the installation of work on site. Provide detailed performance reporting. Gathering and evaluation of data and preparing a range of energy use and performance reports for building users. Assist in preparing the specification and tender documents for tender processes associated with new energy projects and programmes. Manage energy projects through to completion and ensure conditions of associated funds are met. This exciting opportunity will be reporting in to the Regional Energy Projects Manager and you'll be part of a regional energy projects team for the West and East Midlands, forming the 'Hub' for which energy projects and programmes can be developed and delivered. As the Senior Energy Project Officer you will require the following skills and experiences: Experience of working in an energy projects function and engaging with other service areas such as finance, property, maintenance and transport. Strong analytical and reporting skills to identify anomalous data and discover the reasons driving change. An understanding of legal and financial issues surrounding the delivery of energy efficiency projects. Provision of clear, concise reports and advice to clients and senior departmental managers, and to respond direct to members in respect of carbon and energy management matters. Knowledge, skills and experience in energy, carbon management, negotiation and provision of advice on all types of property.
