Henry’s role is to lead and provide an independent HR consultancy service specialising in talent management services for our clients.
Having spent 16 years in commercial vehicle development and engineering, rising to management level, he transitioned his career into HR, providing support at senior level to circa 500 employees in the North and Midlands. Obtaining CIPD qualifications along the way, Henry continued to develop his career with an international high technology business before joining Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 1995.
After a brief period at consultant level, he led the automotive team, and ultimately went on to lead product engineering recruitment across all industries before being given the opportunity to create Jonathan Lee Talent Management in 1999, bringing his extensive industry background in product engineering and HR management functions within the automotive and high technology sectors to the brand.
This in-depth industry and functional experience, brings a very unique perspective to selection, development and outplacement projects which is supplements by his CIPD qualification and licensed use of SHL (CEB), MBTI and Thomas International tools.
