2018 marks the 40th anniversary of Jonathan Lee Recruitment.

 To celebrate this landmark, we’ve been marking the occasion with a number of events including an anniversary luncheonFor those of you who attended here’s a reminder of a truly wonderful day! If you were unable to attend please take a look at the video of highlights from the day below:

Business leaders from over 150 companies in the engineering, manufacturing and technical sectors came together last month to celebrate Jonathan Lee’s 40 years of investment in the industry with guests including representatives from Toyota, Williams F1, Jaguar Land Rover, Vodafone Limited and Tata Steel. Guests enjoyed speeches from Tony Walker CBE, deputy managing director of Toyota Motor Europe and president of the SMMT, Marvin Cooke, managing director of Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK and international rugby referee Nigel Owens. A prize draw raised over £4,000 for Kidderminster-based charity, The Emily Jordan Foundation, which supports people with learning disabilities in finding employment.

To support these positive challenges, the business is building up its project management capability and an experienced NPI Manager is now sought to develop and lead the NPI activity within the company. Main duties Run the NPI process for multiple projects. Co-ordinate and support different contributing teams including product development, purchasing, sales, marketing, QA, production engineering and manufacturing Design and implement best practice program management, tools and processes to support project delivery performance Prepare timing plans for projects, ranging from new product programs to small engineering changes.
