During the show David Woakes, group business development manager, also provided a short presentation on a critical topic; accessing skills. David addressed the ever-pressing skills shortage by presenting a 5 point plan that offers employers a head start in finding and attracting the best candidates. Additionally,  4IR (4th Industrial Revolution) and 'how to recruit millennials' were discussed.
