Last month, global representatives met at the bi annual IMSA International Executive Search conference to exchange knowledge of local markets, international assignments and discuss the global executive search industry.

Aviation sector growth

Matthew Heath, Associate Director at Jonathan Lee Search & Selection, attended the conference, which was hosted in North Africa by the IMSA partner based in Casablanca, Morocco. 


During the conference, market trends and the further strategic development of IMSA was discussed by the partnering countries in attendance including Chile, Italy, Austria, France, Mauritius, Germany, Belgium and Poland.


Matthew specifically highlighted the growth of the aerospace manufacturing sector in Morocco and the global sector opportunity. 


Matthew explained "Over recent years, the Moroccan aviation industry has gone from strength to strength with several of the world's largest operators including Bombardier EADS and Boeing now based and manufacturing in the country.
