Chairman's Statement

Jonathan Lee Recruitment was born nearly 40 years ago out of my personal passion for engineering and an understanding of the importance of a strong ​​​innovative manufacturing sector to the UK economy. We have become one of the best known and well-respected recruitment consultancies in the technical arena. I’m proud of our loyal and dedicated team, who not only provide excellent resourcing and staffing solutions, but are also invested in supporting industry through personal memberships and affiliations as well as through our corporate partnerships with leading industry bodies such as EEF.  

We have strived to establish and maintain a supportive, team-working culture where the customer comes first and where honesty, integrity, professionalism, knowledge and empathy lie at the heart of everything we do.  

We listen to and like to get to know our customers with 85% of our work being repeat business. The business has grown significantly from humble roots, innovating and changing to meet market needs but we have never deviated from our core values, the support of our people and our steadfast commitment to providing Solutions Through Understanding.  

Whilst hard work and commitment are a big part of our culture, we also like to enjoy ourselves! Throughout the year we take part in various activities including: charity events, sponsored sporting events, dress-down Fridays, fantasy football league, book club, curry nights, team meals and quiz nights.
