Royal Leamington Spa is a beautiful town in central England, close to the major industry hubs of Coventry and Birmingham , it retains a small-town charm, with breathtaking Regency architecture, and broad avenues.

Set on the winding River Leam, which passes through the town centre, the Royal Pump Rooms, originally a 19th-century bathhouse, now houses the Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum and hosts a variety of musical and cultural events throughout the calendar.  Directly opposite, the magnificent Jephson Gardens is a park with formal flowerbeds and a glasshouse for tropical plants, a cafe and winding footpaths that meander along the banks of the river.

Leamington Spa is affluent, ideally sized and very well looked after.  The Parade is the main thoroughfare that leads you down to the Parish Church, passing by the impressive Victorian town hall with a large statue of Queen Victoria and crossing over the river Leam.  With excellent schools, a very low crime rate, and jobs plentiful, particularly due to its proximity to major UK manufacturers, both London and Birmingham are within easy commutable reach.
