Contract Placements

If you are currently working for Jonathan Lee Contracts Ltd
Simply refer a friend’s CV via our referral form. For the first CV you refer and we make a placement from you will be eligible to receive a £300 referral payment. For every subsequent CV you refer, and we make a placement from you will be eligible to receive a £300 referral payment.

This only applies providing:

• They gain employment as a direct result of your introduction.
• They work for a minimum total of 12 weeks.
• You claim the referral payment within 6 months of the individual starting. Referral fees claimed after the 6 month window will be rejected.
• In order to be able to claim the full amount you must still be on a current contract with us at the time the referral payment is due. Should you not still be working for us at the time the referral payment becomes due, then only 50% of the referral fee will be paid.

If you do not currently work for Jonathan Lee Contracts
Refer a friend’s CV via our referral form. For the first CV you refer and we make a placement from you will be eligible to receive a £300 referral payment. For every subsequent CV you refer and we make a placement from you will be eligible to receive £300 referral payment.

Existing working contractors referring themselves
Jonathan Lee Contracts value loyalty and understand that in some incidences our contractors are able to find work for themselves. In this instance should you find your own role whilst working for Jonathan Lee Contracts or have secured your own position and be in need of a professional representative, if you stay with Jonathan Lee Contracts or come to us in need of representation we will pay you £300.00 as a self referral payment.

Rules

• We must not have submitted your details to the client / role in question. You must complete 3 months within the assignment
• You must complete a JLCL referral form
• We must be able to apply a reasonable mark up to the assignment

Permanent Placements

For anyone referring a candidate which results in us placing that person in a Permanent position with one of our clients. Refer a friend’s CV via our referral form. For the first CV you refer and we make a permanent placement fee from you will be eligible to receive a £300 referral payment.For every subsequent CV you refer and we make a permanent placement from you will be eligible to receive a £300 referral payment. This only applies providing they gain employment as a direct result of your introduction and they work beyond our 12 week refund guarantee period.

FAQ
Is there a limit to the number of referrals?
No, we are happy for you to keep on recommending as many applicants as you can! One fee applies per referral.

What happens if we already know the candidate?
To avoid any doubt when you refer a candidate we will immediately inform you whether the candidate is already active on our database. Active on our database means we have spoken to them within the last 3 months in relation to finding them work. If they are active then no referral fee will be paid. If the candidate is either unknown to us or known to us, but not active on our database then we will pay a referral fee.

Please note we only pay referrals that lead directly to employment within 4 months of the referral. For example: if someone you referred 12 months ago then applies to a recent advertisement or is directly contacted by Jonathan Lee Recruitment or Jonathan Lee Contracts in respect of a position and by virtue of such gains employment we would not pay a referral as in this case it is the advert or direct contact that led to the employment and not the referral.

How do I claim my fee?
Complete the Referral Form as soon as you can to guarantee you get the appropriate fee. Your details will be automatically logged on our website. All referral fees must be claimed within 6 months of the individual starting.

When do I get paid?

Payment of referrals are made on a quarterly basis once the candidate has completed their 12 weeks employment. Jonathan Lee Recruitment will make the referral payments gross and by cheque which will be drawn in favour of the referrer. The referrer will be responsible for their own tax or national insurance liability.
