Jonathan Lee Academy

Congratulations to University Graduates, Greg Worrall and Donna Patient, the first to complete the Jonathan Lee Recruitment 12-month Graduate Academy programme with flying colours.

The Academy was the brainchild of Chairman, Jonathan Lee who was keen to inspire young people to choose a career in recruitment and to ensure best practice continues within the industry.

As well as following a structured internal training programme, Donna and Greg also undertook a Diploma with the Recruitment Employers Confederation.

"I am delighted that both Donna and Greg have passed the requirements of the Academy. They were excellent candidates and are now capable of meeting the very highest of standards that we would expect from recruiting professionals working at Jonathan Lee Recruitment and within the industry as a whole" said Jonathan.
