ISO 9001:2000

Gaining ISO accreditationJonathan Lee Recruitment has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation after a sustained programme of work over the last twelve months.

Clients and Candidates can be assured that Jonathan Lee Recruitment is now working to a clearly defined set of quality guidelines across all areas of the business including regular audits to monitor effectiveness.

ISO 9001:2000 Team Leader Sophie Jupp explains the reasons behind the company’s decision to gain the new accreditation. "ISO 9001:2000 demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and standards of operation. We wanted to implement best practice across the Jonathan Lee Group and to regularly review these processes, to ensure we continue to deliver top quality service whilst the business achieves its ambitious growth plans for the future."

Sophie continued: "The implementation team of Dave Powers, Sally Fallon and Lynsey Parker has worked very hard to achieve this; they should be congratulated on their efforts."

All procedures are detailed on the company's new intranet, which also brings together a whole host of other information. Sally Fallon, who was responsible for building the intranet, explains: "Standardisation of our processes was very much at the heart of the ISO accreditation; the need to implement systems companywide was integral to the process."

"We believed the best way to achieve this was to introduce an intranet to provide staff in each of our offices with easy access to all the necessary information. The intranet details all our procedures, performance measures, audit results and responses to customer satisfaction surveys with copies of forms, facts and figures about the business and plenty more besides. It has been well received so far."

Managing Director David Hale summed up: "Jonathan Lee Recruitment has always been renowned for its quality of service; the accreditation demonstrates this and sets us apart from the competition."
