Contract Recruitment Team Triples in First Year
The contract recruitment team at the Leeds office of Jonathan Lee Recruitment has grown to three times its initial size in its first year of operation; the growth comes as the company reports increased market penetration in its key areas of engineering and manufacturing recruitment across the North of England.
Regional Manager Andy Tierney explains why the new team has been so successful. “Whilst we did provide contract recruitment services through our Midlands office, it became increasingly clear that clients wanted to deal with a local team who had more in-depth knowledge of the region. We have been offering permanent recruitment services in Leeds for over eight years now; adding the contract team means we can give clients a complete service through a single point of contact.”
