Technical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for an exciting new role with a High technology company based in Berkshire.

The company are expanding their Production footprint and are seeking an experienced PM to work with the Operations Manager to facilitate the development of a new facility.

Your responsibilities will be:

An opportunity to shape and contribute to a large exciting project, from the project outset, in a rapidly growing technology business

Work closely with the Head of Operations to develop and implement goals and strategy across all project work streams

Facilitation of the multi-discipline and geographically disparate Project Team as well as interacting with Stakeholders both internally and externally

Move fluidly between technical, organizational, operational, financial, legal responsibilities

The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with a desire to take responsibility, operate in disciplines outside his/her comfort zone and be eager to grasp growth opportunities.

Master Scheduling of complicated, parallel and interconnected work-streams over a 2-3 year implementation project

Meeting Management and Co-ordination

Responsible for Project Governance, Compliance and overall Risk Management

Cost Management, Forecasting, Planning and Analysis

Developing Metrics, Managing Performance, and Reporting

Being accountable for actions and holding others to account; the job must get done

What we are looking for:

Science or Engineering Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of role appropriate or relevant Industry experience

Further qualifications in Project Management (or similar) will be a distinct advantage

System-driven approach to Project Management whilst practical in application

Proven ability to understand and multi-task effectively across vastly different work packages

Delivery driven individual with a "can do" approach

Comfortable in adopting a flexible approach to working hours / locations as ongoing travel will be required.
