A HR Advisor with a generalist background is required to provide support to an international market manufacturing leader on a temporary basis in Coventry and is paying up to £20 per hour umbrella/ltd.

The HR Advisor will have the following skills/experience;

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer, answering customer queries (telephone and email) on policy and procedures
  • Supporting queries associated with the new Employee Recognition and Voluntary Benefits Portal that is due to be launched imminently
  • Building rapport with customers, accurately understanding customer query, and delivering excellent service to customers by dealing with as many customer queries as possible on first contact
  • Executing transactions on behalf of the employee
  • Utilising the ticketing tool by creating, accurately recording and managing customer requests
  • Promoting the use of customer self-service by coaching customers to utilise portal
  • Documenting and escalating issues and problems as they arise

The ideal candidate will have the follow:

  • Strong generalist HR experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
  • IT Literate including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
