A HR Administrator with experience of HR administration is required to provide support to an international market manufacturing leader on a temporary basis for 12 months based in Coventry and is paying up to £13.98 per hour.


The HR Administrator will have the following skills/experience;

  • First point of contact for customer, answering customer queries (telephone and email) on specific policy and procedures
  • Responsible for accurately understanding customer queries, and delivering excellent service to customers by dealing with as many customer queries as possible on first contact
  • Executing transactions on behalf of the employee
  • Identifies customer requests and sends them to the correct teams for management
  • Effectively utilises the ticketing tool by creating, accurately recording and managing customer requests
  • Responsible for documenting and escalating issues and problems as they arise
  • Redirects non-HR queries as required
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous HR Administration experience is essential
  • Strong PC skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
