Global Training Coordinator/Analyst - 34330

A Global Training Coordinator/Analyst is required to provide support for a Coventry based luxury car manufacturing organisation. The Global Training Coordinator/Analyst role is a temporary assignment for just under 7 months and is paying up to £13.98 per hour for the following responsibilities:

  • Manage training needs and requirements for Global Purchasing - ensuring delivery in a timely manner
  • Analyse and manage complex and sensitive data, from multi sources, translating these into simple, clear and concise reports on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the overall training schedule and diaries ensuring that this meets the planned budget requirements
  • Manage and translate completion and feedback data from training courses, taking data from the LMS and other source reports in order to consolidate these into a clear concise report
  • Ensure that the training registration and completion is fully up to date in the LMS system

The ideal person will:

  • HR/training administration experience
  • Excellent Advanced Excel skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels
  • High level of computer literacy/competence, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines
  • Be able to work as a team and independently
