Facilities Coordinator - Birmingham - £20,000 to £30,000 DOE - Utilities

An exciting Facilities Coordinator opportunity has arisen to join the facilities team of a Birmingham City Centre based business within a modern managed office complex.

As the Facilities Coordinator your responsibilities will include;

  • Run facilities service desk
  • First point of contact for suppliers & contractors, obtaining quotations & issuing purchase orders
  • Ensure all Facilities supplies, including but not limited to stationery, photocopier, first aid supplies and sundry office equipment are kept at required levels and re-ordered as necessary
  • Ensuring all site equipment is checked daily e.g. vending machines, microwaves & fridges reporting any issues if relevant
  • Ensure Policies and Procedures are kept updated accordingly to maintain standard

Facilities Management experience is essential to be successful within this role.
