Do you want to work with a business that is genuinely trying to improve its Engineering function through the training and development of its teams? Do you want to work with a business where genuine contribution towards site improvements will be recognised and allow you to "make a name for yourself"? This national FMCG manufacturing business has grown by nearly 10% over the last year when its competitors didn't and the retailers are asking for more. For the business to continue its growth and deliver the volumes required equipment and plant reliability is paramount.

In this case we are not looking to simply fill a gap. We are seeking professional electrically bias Engineers ideally with mechanical skills to work in a process based manufacturing environment consisting of silos, blowers, large scale mixing equipment and an array of temperature control and packaging equipment with all associated conveying and material handling. The site will be looking for you to make an impact across ongoing improvements on machinery and facilities, all eluding to uninterrupted, fault free manufacturing.

You will work through typical PPM schedules, respond to break downs and record all work in the site CMMS system. We are looking for Engineers that can deliver effective repairs and then follow through with long term preventative improvements in a collaborative team. The site is a PLC/HMI/SCADA environment and so experience of fault finding or delivering improvements in this equipment will be a real advantage.

The site will be looking for its next generation of front line Engineering Management so if you are looking for recognition of your skills and the opportunity to get noticed and progress this is a fantastic time to join them.

Ideal candidates will have trained via a recognised apprenticeship however all qualified candidates will be considered. Please not we are unable to consider applicants that do not have industrial/manufacturing experience.
