Description
Our client, Jaguar Land Rover, is a market leading Automotive Manufacturer of high volume, luxury and off-road vehicles, designing and manufacturing in the Midlands. We require a Voice Activation Advanced Technology Specialist for the research department. You will provide technical strategic leadership in speech recognition and related technologies typically through creation of technology roadmaps, competitive benchmarking data and attribute futuring/gap analysis.

Job Requirements
The successful applicant will:
1. Initiate and lead advanced research projects with Universities and suppliers.
2. Work closely with Human Machine Interface (HMI) and CoC delivery (primarily the Infotainment team).
3. Develop and deploy best-in-class techniques and processes relevant to speech recognition.
4. Have detailed understanding of current speech recognition technologies and methods and techniques to improve robustness and reliability for in-vehicle operation.
