Description
Our client Jaguar Land Rover, is a market leading Automotive
Manufacturer of high volume, luxury and off-road vehicles, designing and
manufacturing in the Midlands. We require a Section Leader - Electrical
Architectures to provide the electrical architecture proposals for
future products. These will dovetail into the cycle plan taking into
account the proposed powertrain line up and other technologies likely to
be required over the project duration.
Job Requirements
The successful applicant will: 1. Prepare strategy presentations 2.
Define implications of any given proposal 3. Updating plans and
resolving implementation issues 4. Deliver system considering highly
complex interacting factors including harness costing, packaging,
supplier capabilities and software deployment 5. Manage a team of 6
professional engineers
Details
To apply for this role, you will be educated to degree level with
possible Masters and a proven track record in delivering systems in the
automotive field. You will have a good working knowledge of software
engineering and system controls. You must be highly articulate, able to
illustrate abstract ideas in a highly mechanical and physical
environment and solicit understanding and concurrence.
